Student Scholarships

Eligibility for Student Scholarships

Travel grant scholarships are limited and intended to support independent student research. Papers written by a faculty member and a student may be submitted for consideration for a conference presentation but generally do not qualify for a student travel grant scholarship. Students wishing to apply for a scholarship are encouraged , where appropriate, to consult with faculty mentors to write a paper that can be considered the student’s own research and listed with the student only as author.

For the 29th Annual Conference in Las Vegas, a limited number of $500 grants are available to students traveling to Las Vegas. Local students are encouraged to apply. Successful local applicants will receive a grant no less that the cost of student registration.
